Shipping & Returns

Basss Book Deals ships all items via USPS. Shipping charges based on item type and weight of item.


- USPS Media Mail

- $3.50 per book

- 4-14 business days after shipment.

- Media Mail may take up to 21 business days in unusual circumstances

- USPS Priority Mail

- $7.00 per book

- Arrives 3-6 business days after shipment.


Standard and Expedited options available. Shipping charges are based on size and weight of item.

Shipping for merchandise items will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking Codes

Tracking codes will be added to a shipment when one or more of the following criteria are met:

- Item price is $39.99 or greater.

- Two or more items are being shipped on the same order.

- If shipping via Priority Mail Upgrade

- If you would like to add a tracking code, please email with your order number.

Please Note: Basss Book Deals is not responsible for any mail lost in transit after giving a tracking code. Please contact us and we will work with you as best we can.

Return Policy

Items purchased from Basss Book Deals may be returned for a refund (excluding shipping charges) up to 30 days after the date of shipment.

Items must be returned in the condition in which they were shipped from our Fulfillment Center. Shrink-wrapped items cannot be returned if the wrapping is broken, unless the items are defective. We will not accept items for return with open diskette packages or CD-ROM's that have broken seals.

To return items to Basss Book Deals, please alert our store by emailing with "Return Request" in the subject line. After we get your email, we will prompt you to ship your return to the following address:

Be sure to pack your items carefully for shipment so they are not damaged in transit. We recommend returning your items via insured mail. Make sure that you keep a copy of the tracking number and/or shipping receipt for your records. Basss Book Deals is not responsible for any merchandise lost or damaged in route to our fulfillment center.

Note: UPS and FedEx cannot ship to P.O. Boxes

A refund will be posted to your account once your return is received and processed. Processing times for returns vary.

Note: All individual orders will be assessed a 10% restocking fee for returned merchandise. If you are returning items due to our error, please contact Customer Service at before shipping your package to avoid being charged this restocking fee.

If you cannot find your packing slip or Return Invoice, please enclose a note explaining the reason for your return, as well as any and all other available information about your order (order date, order #, etc.). Also, be sure to print your full name and address on the note you enclose.
